Welcome to Bhuumi. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered through the “Bhuumi” brand website (hereinafter, the “Site”).

Please read these Terms carefully before making any purchase.

In particular, the customer acknowledges and accepts that product images may show slight color variations compared to the actual product, due to factors such as lighting, display devices, or artisanal processes.

Bhuumi products are made using artisanal techniques: patterns are hand-created and applied in an all-over manner, and the garments are assembled manually. For this reason, any slight variations, irregularities, or imperfections should not be considered defects, but rather distinctive characteristics that reflect the uniqueness and handcrafted nature of each product.

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Any shipping costs will be indicated before order confirmation.

5. Purchase Process

To place an order, you must:

Enter the required information
Confirm payment

Submitting an order constitutes a contractual offer.

6. Payments

7. Shipping

Shipping is available within Italy and the European Union.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary.

Bhuumi is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier.

Orders will be shipped only after payment has been successfully verified.

8. Right of Retourn

In accordance with European regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products.

To exercise this right, a notification must be sent via email.

Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Slight color variations, minor differences between the product and its images, or small imperfections resulting from artisanal production, as described in the Products section, do not constitute valid grounds for withdrawal or claims.

9. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by a legal warranty of conformity in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Liability

Bhuumi shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products.
